Familiarization trip EF

At the beginning of the introductory phase, a three-day familiarization trip should take place in order to create time and space for team structures that allow the year group to grow together into one level. These team structures should accompany and facilitate the students' path to the Abitur.

Study trip Q2

The main aim of the study trip at the beginning of Q2 is to further strengthen the personality and team building of the students within their year group. Accordingly, it is planned that the entire year group will undertake the trip with the level leaders and, depending on the number of students, other accompanying persons. The plan is to carry out both in-year activities and subject-related excursions. They are chosen by the pupils according to their interests and performance profile.

As a school with a special interest in European cooperation and getting to know different cultures, it is a particular concern of Gronau Comprehensive School to undertake the study trip to neighboring European countries where possible in order to enable intercultural encounters for the pupils.
