Reading competition at the Gronau comprehensive school

The jury, consisting of teachers, student representatives and the previous year's winner, had the challenging task of selecting the best reading talents.

In front of a large audience of pupils, parents and teachers, Jolina Alp (6b) narrowly beat the finalists Nele Naroska (6a), Mirhat Yigin (6c) and Narin Ak (6d), who all came second with the same number of points.

Jolina Alp impressed with her excellent reading technique and an exciting interpretation of her passage from the novel "Die Mutprobe" by Carolin Philipps. She also convincingly mastered the difficult passage from the book "Das Wolkenschiff".

We are looking forward to seeing how Jolina performs in the district competition in February and wish her every success!
