The course is provided by Mr. Drude and Ms. Hermann as part of the supplementary lessons and prepares the pupils for working with our youngest children. Various role-playing games and visual aids were used to test self-confident and assertive behavior in front of others as well as typical features of a lesson.
Among other things, the course covered how children think and behave and what difference gestures and facial expressions can make in a conversation. But self-structure and self-determined action were also part of the training.
To ensure that the learning objectives of the trainees are not jeopardized, the assignments are initially limited to the learning office lessons and the class group lessons at the beginning and end of each week.
In the first week after the autumn vacations, most of the pupils were already working as learning guides.
