The Junior Election is a Germany-wide political education project that has been taking place since 1999. The aim is to familiarize pupils with the political system and democratic processes and to awaken their interest in politics.
A special highlight was the election arena on Tuesday, where a panel discussion on the European elections took place. This event offered the pupils a valuable opportunity to engage intensively with the political issues and positions of the parties.
The junior election was a lot of fun for the pupils. It was a great experience to experience the political processes up close and to actively participate in them. A big thank you to class 10e for their commitment and excellent organization!
