Anti-blackout
Bad dreams before and blackouts during class tests? You can do something about it! Anti-blackout training is a short-term training course of four to five sessions. It helps you to be less nervous before and during class tests. This allows you to recall what you have learned in a more targeted way and show what you are really capable of.
Target group and times:
Class 6-7, 1st semester, Mondays 7th/8th period
Classes 5-7, 2nd semester, Mondays 7th/8th period
