On the day of action, parents and their children were able to get to know the rooms of our school, the teaching staff and, in particular, our range of subjects. To this end, interested fourth graders and their parents were guided in groups through individual stations, accompanied by high school graduates.
Each department had put together a varied program to show both parents and future fifth graders what lessons await them at our school. The teachers were actively supported by the school's students. The Q2 provided refreshments and some departments also offered snacks.
In the foyer, parents and students were also able to find out about the content of the trial level (grades 5-6) or get to know some of our AG offers (mediators, media scouts, bee AG) and the school social work. Secondary school students were also able to find out about the structure of the upper school and the requirements on the action day and were very welcome.
We are pleased that the offer was well received and that many students and parents wanted to get to know our school before registering in February. A big thank you goes to the colleagues and staff as well as the dedicated students of our school for organizing and running the day of action.
