The registration week will take place from 18.02.2026 to 20.02.2026 at the Gildehauser Damm 49 location. In addition to making an appointment digitally, you can also make an appointment by telephone(02565 9198-300). On the school-free days on Friday 13.02. and Monday 16.02.2026 (carnival weekend) you can reach our office between 10.00am and 12.00pm.
Appointments are available for the following times:
Wednesday 18.02.2026 and Thursday 19.02.2026: 08.00h to 17.00h
Friday 20.02.2026: 08.00h to 13.00h.
You can also register your child without an appointment at the times listed above. Please arrive at least one hour before the end of the registration period and allow for some waiting time.
Please bring the registration form, a photo, the original certificate with copy, the family record book and the vaccination card to the registration appointment.
